About the Founder.
SmartMatch Staffing Inc was founded by Jennifer Ling, a Registered Nurse, with a Master of Public Policy (Health and Social Policy). Jennifer grew up in Prince Edward Island, Canada, and spent her 15 year career working across the country in various permanent and travel contract roles. Through this experience and with a passion for system’s improvement, Jennifer saw the gaps and inefficiencies within the current staffing agency models. This inspired her to create an innovative solution that addresses the needs of healthcare facilities and contracted healthcare workers. Jennifer's mission is to keep costs, transparency, and efficiency a priority.
